This looks great. The reason I gave it such a low rating is because it's quite short, and Newgrounds is more of a place for longer and fleshed out movies. If you want to post your test videos, put them on youtube and make a news post with a link if you want fans to check it out.

If you're gonna animate Madness stuff, I'd recommend getting yourself a copy of Flash 8 or higher, and I also recommend you switch to frame-by-frame animation instead of tweening, it's a lot more modular that way, and you can do complex combat scenes.

So basically, to make good animations, get flash, and if you dont have a pc, get one

This is pretty good, but it seems like you are focusing more on smoothness than action. I've noticed that most of the movie is really slow. I'd say next time, keep it up with the smoothness, but step up the pace a little.
